At Exporteller, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. Here’s how we operate:

  • Clients contact us at exporteller.com to discuss their export needs.
  • We send an invitation to e-meet via Google Meet to discuss their requirements in detail.
  • After reviewing the client’s needs, our account managers send a quote detailing services, scope, time of execution, and cost.
  • If the client accepts the quote, they must confirm the project with their account manager.
  • Once we finish our service, we send a URL so the client can make the payment via Stripe gateway.
  • Payments are made once the client receives the service, so there are no refunds available.
