Payment amounts, currencies, deadlines, and other payment conditions will be specified in the corresponding invoice, quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each client is responsible for any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, foreign exchange costs, or similar charges imposed by the client’s financial institution or payment provider.

Exporteller LLC does not accept or process payments on behalf of unrelated third parties.

Clients retain ownership of materials and intellectual property they provide to Exporteller LLC, subject to the limited rights reasonably necessary for Exporteller LLC to perform the agreed services.
